About Bedfordshire Inflatables
We’re a family run company, and by family we mean it! We’re a husband and wife team and everyone who works for us are family, either our siblings or cousins (our parents have even been known to help out!)
We absolutely love our jobs, we get such a “buzz” from providing the entertainment for your parties! Hearing the reviews when we come to collect is the best part of the job. (Although not when we have crying children because the castle is going!)
We started off in the industry with Bubble Football, after assisting with stag do planning we realised there wasn’t anything local, so we went and made a company offering Bubble Football. We then went on to buy Bedfordshire Inflatables in 2015 from family friends Joe and Josh Bird. They were going off to set up All Style Marquees and we brought the company off them. (We can personally recommend them and their marquees as they did our wedding! They’re amazing! Trust us!)
We understand that our customers and our stock are our priority and without these two things our company wouldn’t run. Therefore we go out of our way to ensure every customer is satisfied and happy with the service provided; from customer service to the products themselves. We annually test every inflatable unit using the PIPA system, we inspect every unit on delivery and collection making sure any issues are rectified immediately with our local supplier.
Harriett comes from a customer service background, she’s the “admin lady”, you will most likely come into contact with her either on the phone or by email and Facebook messages. Harriett knows all the tricks of the trade to get you booked in, moving bookings around and ensures your booking is secure. Harriett keeps everyone organised, H&S procedures up to date and generally keeps the company running.
Aaron is the “ginger” face of the company; he’s the delivery driver, the stock controller, the set up man, collection man, handy man, mechanic and general worker! You will see him out and about in his van, setting up castles or manning at events. He’s the absolute best! He works 7 days a week, Mon-Fri he’s a bricklayer and has no intention of ever slowing down!
We have run the company for near on 4 years, we’ve learnt so much, met some amazingly interesting people, the company has taken us to some beautiful venues and we couldn’t have done any of this without our customers! We appreciate each and everyone of you! We appreciate every booking that comes into us!
